            The Committee on Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

            S. B. 574–A BILL to amend and reenact the §60-3A-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §60-4-3 and §60-4-3a of said code, all relating to sales of liquor by distilleries and mini-distilleries; requiring the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to obtain liquors requested by distilleries and mini-distilleries; exempting distilleries and mini-distilleries from usual wholesale markup percentage payment and handling fee; creating separate wholesale markup fee and bailment fee for distilleries and mini-distilleries; subjecting distilleries and mini-distilleries to pricing standards; and capping market zone payment by distilleries and mini-distilleries.
